It all begins with an idea.
“Before I started this 10wk challenge I was miserable and embarrassed at myself for the way I had let myself go. As a mom of three with three very athletic kids you get caught up with all the activities and places to go. You develop bad eating habits and just grabbing something fast and or easy. Over time your busy with life and you wake up one day and look in the mirror and you look like my before pics. I’ve never been one of those skinny girls that could just eat whatever I wanted. Since the day I graduated high school I’ve had to watch what I eat. I’ve weighed in at 206 (the day after my daughter was born) & I’ve weighed 127 ( after one of my diets) so I know the struggles & the roller coaster rides of weight loss and weight gain. I’m thankful that a friend shared Daniels 10wk challenge and I jumped on it! I’ve had a great experience with Daniel & the program he planned for me.. Daniel knows his stuff. I’ve tried every program imaginable and I’ve never had these kind of results this fast like I have with Daniel.. I’ve lost more weight in a 10 wk time period but that was it.. I was skinner with no muscle tone. When I started this challenge I weighed 152 & 38in waist.. I currently weigh 147 & 32in waist.. I’ve lost 6in in my waist & I’ve only lost 5lbs but I have gained a healthier mindset, I’m stronger, I’ve transformed fat into muscle & overall I just feel better. I would definitely recommend Daniel. He was Awesome!! Anytime I had a question about anything he was quick to respond. He’s very knowledgeable and very supportive & encouraging. I’m so excited that I won the 10 wk challenge and my goal for the next 6 months is to work hard and be a version of myself that I’ve never seen. “
